Terms and conditions

These terms govern the membership and the use of the club and this app, operated by [LEGAL NAME], corporate ID [NUMBER], located at [ADDRESS], Costa Rica ("the club"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Membership
The membership is personal and non-transferable, for adults 18+, and gives access to the club and the perks included in your plan.
It is charged monthly and automatically to the card you register. Perks reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
If a charge is declined or not authorized, the account is blocked (no access or new services) until you update your payment method and the balance is paid.
2. Services and charges at the club
Extra services are charged to your account at the club, confirmed in your presence, at the current catalog price, and billed to your registered card.
If your bank requires extra authorization, you must approve it from your phone at that moment.
Only the club's management can void charges or issue refunds.
3. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows
Booking is free: the service is charged (or uses your perk) when you are served.
You can cancel or move your booking from the app within the notice shown there; after that, only the club can do it.
No-shows may cost you that booking's perk or a fee, according to the current policy published in the app. The fee is charged on your next visit and, while pending, you cannot book from the app.
4. Guests
Your plan may include guest passes per period. Guests enter linked to your account and you are responsible for their conduct.
When registering a guest you confirm you have their permission to share their name and phone with the club.
5. Conduct and right of admission
The club reserves the right of admission and may suspend or cancel memberships for inappropriate conduct or breach of these terms.
6. Cancelling the membership
You can cancel your membership by contacting the club. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; periods already started are not refunded, except as required by law.
7. Changes and governing law
The club may update these terms; we will notify you in the app and ask you to accept important changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Consumer Protection Law 7472.
